Auros is a leading global high frequency trading firm — as an organisation, they are built on the idea of decentralised commodities - the workforce, the software, the product and the technology are truly democratic in nature. With the continual rise of fintech companies around the world, there was a need to differentiate Auros from its competitors.
Having designed their new branding and website in the past, Auros has since grown and expanded their business offerings. Because of this, a digital evolution of their website was necessary to bring to light the new services they offer to their clients and partners. Growing the team was also a key focus for Auros and there was a need of a more prominent journey to their careers portal, which was lacking in their current site.
THE PROBLEM

Goals
It was essential to provide clear messaging in Auros’ value proposition and business offerings so that potential business partners have a good understanding of what the company does.
Driving more candidates to Auros’ hiring portal and enticing job seekers to apply through promoting the work culture at Auros was also another critical aspect for the website.
Lastly, it was important to provide Auros a brand story and allow potential business partners and candidates to know them better through more engaging storytelling moments, creating an experience that was grounded in humanity.
Taking reference from real-time trading data, this interactive-generative data piece speaks to the evolving nature of finance and modern currency in the form of abstract rounded forms made up of numbers found in data sets. Not only does it act as an visual piece alluding to the company’s values in financial democracy and human-controlled data, but also as a moment of interaction and delight to the overall digital experience.
